This summary is for convenience only. The full Terms below govern your use of the Services.

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OneSIM website, mobile interfaces, SIM/eSIM connectivity services, subscription plans, support services, and any related products or features made available by ONECONNECT LTD (“OneSIM,” “OneConnect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, activating a SIM or eSIM, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction

  • You have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

  • Your use of the Services is not prohibited by applicable law, export controls, or sanctions restrictions

If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Sanctions, Export Controls, and Restricted Use

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are not a person or entity subject to EU, UN, UK, US, or other applicable sanctions or asset-freeze measures relevant to the Services

  • You are not owned or controlled by such a person or entity where this would make provision of the Services unlawful

  • You are not located in, resident in, or using the Services from a jurisdiction where we do not lawfully offer them

  • You will not use the Services in a way that would cause ONECONNECT LTD or its partners to violate sanctions or export controls

We may block, refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services immediately where required for sanctions, export-control, fraud, legal, regulatory, or payment-provider compliance.

4. Our Services

OneSIM provides mobile connectivity and related digital communications services, including:

  • Prepaid and subscription-based SIM and eSIM plans

  • Access to partner mobile networks in supported regions

  • Account management, plan renewal, and support features

  • Optional add-ons, security-oriented connectivity features, and number-based services where available

Service availability, supported regions, coverage quality, speeds, latency, routing, and compatibility may vary depending on destination, device, carrier, infrastructure, regulation, and plan type.

5. Account Registration and Security

To access certain Services you may need to create an account and provide accurate information.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping login credentials confidential

  • All activity under your account

  • Updating inaccurate account information

  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We do not require KYC from ordinary subscribers as a standard condition of purchase. Limited verification may be requested where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, payment-provider requirements, telecom-partner requirements, or legal compliance.

6. Device and Compatibility Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that your device is unlocked, eSIM-compatible where relevant, and technically capable of using the Services. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device, operating system, router, modem, or configuration.

7. Orders, Activation, and Provisioning

When you purchase a plan or subscription, you authorize us to provision connectivity services to your account or device.

Activation timing may depend on technical checks, carrier processes, fraud review, transaction authorization, or regulatory requirements.

We may delay, reject, or cancel an order where:

  • Payment is not authorized or is reversed

  • Fraud or suspicious activity is suspected

  • Required information is missing

  • A plan or feature becomes unavailable

  • We are required to do so by law or by a network partner

8. Plans, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

Some Services are sold on a prepaid basis, while others are sold as recurring subscriptions.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle

  • Renewal occurs at the then-current price shown at checkout or communicated before renewal where required by law

  • You must cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge

  • Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation

You are responsible for taxes, duties, or governmental charges associated with your purchase, except taxes based on our net income.

Saved payment methods are stored and processed by our payment provider in accordance with payment-card industry standards.

9. Pricing and Promotions

We may offer promotional pricing, referral credits, discounts, or trial offers from time to time.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Promotions are temporary and may be withdrawn

  • Promotions cannot be combined

  • Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable

  • Eligibility may be subject to anti-abuse and regional restrictions

10. Right of Withdrawal, Early Performance, and Activation

Where consumer law provides a statutory cooling-off period, that right applies as required by law.

If you request immediate activation or provisioning during the cooling-off period, you expressly request early performance of the contract.

Where permitted by law:

  • Your withdrawal right may be lost once the Service has been fully performed

  • A proportionate charge may apply for services already provided

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Resell or commercially exploit the Services without written authorization

  • Interfere with network integrity or security

  • Use the Services for spam, malware, denial-of-service activity, SIM farms, or traffic inflation

  • Circumvent geographic or security restrictions

  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

We may apply fair-use limits, traffic management, or anti-fraud controls to protect the network and other users.

12. Coverage, Speeds, and Service Availability

Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, coverage, minimum speeds, or compatibility in all locations.

Performance may be affected by network conditions, geography, device limitations, carrier issues, government restrictions, or maintenance.

13. Security Features and Limitations

Where privacy or security features are described, they are intended to improve confidentiality but do not guarantee anonymity, invulnerability to attack, or suitability for mission-critical applications.

You remain responsible for your device security and operational practices.

14. Emergency and Critical Services

OneSIM Services must not be treated as a primary emergency communication service unless a specific plan expressly states that emergency calling support is included.

You must maintain alternative means of contacting emergency services.

15. Third-Party Services, Networks, and Legal Requests

The Services rely on third-party providers including mobile carriers, infrastructure providers, cloud providers, and payment processors.

We are not responsible for outages or actions of those providers except where required by law.

Use of the Services may be subject to lawful disclosure or regulatory obligations imposed on communications providers.

16. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and platform elements associated with the Services are owned by ONECONNECT LTD or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • Payment fails or a chargeback occurs

  • Fraud or abuse is detected

  • Required by law or regulatory instruction

  • Continued service creates legal or operational risk

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

18. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

19. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under consumer law.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONECONNECT LTD shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded.

21. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify ONECONNECT LTD and its affiliates against claims or damages arising from misuse of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of law.

Where you are a consumer, this applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

22. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. Where legally required, we will provide notice of material changes.

Continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms unless applicable law requires otherwise.

23. Governing Law and Complaints

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Consumers continue to benefit from mandatory rights under the consumer laws of their country of residence.

Unresolved disputes may be referred to competent consumer authorities or ADR bodies where available.

Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Cyprus unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

24. General Provisions

Severability
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Non-Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive that provision.

Assignment
We may transfer our rights under these Terms to an affiliate or successor entity. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.

Language
These Terms are drafted in English. Where translations exist, the English version prevails.
