FAQ

Everything you need to know about OneSIM

$299/mo.

For unlimited data, included numbers, and network-level protection — active the moment you connect.

Getting Started

What devices are supported?

OneSIM is a global connectivity membership that combines a data connection with included virtual numbers and a built-in privacy posture — active by default. You can use it as an eSIM (installed instantly on your device) or as a physical SIM. There's no app required, no manual setup, and no switching plans at every border. One membership, everywhere you travel.

Do I need to install an app?

No. Core connectivity and protection work without an app. Your privacy posture is active automatically the moment you connect — there's nothing to install, configure, or remember to turn on. You manage your plan, numbers, and account through OneSIM Menu and your secure online dashboard.

How do I activate my OneSIM?

Three simple steps. First, choose your plan and complete checkout — your included number(s) are selected at that stage. Second, install on your device: for eSIM, scan the QR code sent to your email via Settings → Mobile/Cellular → Add eSIM; for a physical SIM, insert it when it arrives. Third, connect — security-first defaults are active automatically from that point on. No further setup required.

Privacy & Security

Is this legal?

Yes. OneConnect operates on licensed telecommunications infrastructure. All features are designed for lawful, everyday privacy protection and reliability. OneSIM is built for travelers, professionals, and families who value control — not workarounds.

Does OneSIM make me anonymous?

No. OneSIM improves your privacy posture and helps reduce unnecessary exposure. It does not provide — and does not claim — anonymity or invisibility. What it does do is reduce reliance on a single static identifier and give you a protected data connection by default, without extra steps.

What is network-level protection and how does it work?

Network-level protection means our infrastructure applies screening to help stop suspicious or unauthorised requests before they reach your device. It runs automatically in the background — no app required, nothing to configure, nothing to turn on. It's part of the membership, active by default every time you connect.

What is Adaptive Network Identity?

Adaptive Network Identity is a feature built into OneSIM that helps reduce unnecessary exposure by reducing reliance on a single static identifier. It's automatic by default, with manual switching available at any time through your dashboard. It's part of the privacy posture — not a separate tool you need to manage.

Is my data connection protected when I travel?

Yes. A protected data connection is part of your membership — it's not an add-on and not something you configure. OneSIM is designed to give you a stronger privacy posture across all the regions you travel through, reducing unnecessary exposure while you work, move, and stay connected. Coverage is expected. Protection is included.

Plans & Numbers

What plans are available and what's included?

OneSIM comes in two plans: Data Only and Data + Calls, available over 1, 6, or 12-month durations. Both include virtual numbers chosen at checkout — Data Only includes 1 number, Data + Calls includes 2. You can choose from United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Sweden. Additional numbers and number changes are available after activation inside your account.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

OneSIM provides virtual numbers from multiple countries. Porting an existing number may be possible depending on your region and carrier — contact us to discuss your situation. In the meantime, OneSIM runs alongside your home SIM, so your existing number remains reachable for calls and messages while OneSIM handles your data connection.

Can I choose which number shows when I make a call?

Yes. With OneSIM you choose which number appears when you call — keeping work and personal separate, or presenting a local number when it's useful. You manage this through OneSIM Menu. Professional control, without complexity.

Coverage & Usage

What countries are covered?

OneSIM is designed for broad global coverage across major regions. We recommend checking availability for your specific destinations before you travel — coverage can vary by country. Visit our coverage map or contact support to confirm your destinations are included.

What does "unlimited" data actually mean?

Unlimited means you don't buy data packs or track every gigabyte. OneSIM is built for everyday, high-reliability mobile use — travel, work, messaging, navigation, email, browsing, and moderate hotspot use. The service is subject to a fair usage policy to protect network quality for all members. Not covered: continuous HD/4K streaming, 24/7 background downloading, torrenting, P2P sharing, running servers, or reselling the service. OneSIM is premium unlimited for normal use — not a replacement for home broadband or a streaming box.
